We do this by providing honest, efficient and fair services, listening to our customers, providing personalised claims experience and growing the capability of our people.You will ideally have property claims experience although if you have exceptional customer service experience and are keen to learn a new industry this could also be the opportunity for you!Your new rolePromote QBE's products and services through fostering great relationships with customers and stakeholders, showcasing our QBEDNA and company valuesProvide an exceptional operational and customer service experience for diverse internal and external stakeholders including our customers, agents, organisations, and partnershipsProcess claims in line with set procedures and policies, ensuring that claims are documented correctly, and resolved with a prompt and effective outcomeDeliver high quality customer service and develop a good working relationship with all customers and service providersManage claims using the appropriate external and internal specialists to achieve the settlement outcome efficiently and effectivelyEnhance and develop your own technical expertise with support and participate in professional development and training where requireAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will have : Previous experience in customer service, administration and / or call centre roleAn understanding of general insurance in property and previous experience within insurance claims is highly advantageous although not mandatoryStrong customer service skills with a highly empathetic approachA passion for making a difference and helping people in their time of needAn engaging and courteous phone manner with the ability to type and talk concurrentlyAbility to handle multiple and competing tasks to meet customer needsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to critically assess and analyse tasksBenefitsWe offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
