Client Service Administrator [Full Time - Perth

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated, professional Client Services Administrator to join our team, based at Belmont working with our Farming / Agribusiness team.

This position demands a fast, efficient, detail-oriented person who can handle several tasks at once in our team-based environment.

• The role involves but is not limited to
• General administrative duties.
• Preparation and distribution of all electronic and hard copy correspondence including typing, filing, and scanning.
• Management of client details including set up and internal maintenance of records.
• Involvement in the collation of tax returns and financial statements and processing for lodgement.
• Liaising with clients and relevant third parties on the client's behalf (e.g. ATO, ASIC, ABR)
• Invoicing / billing.
• Skills and Experience
• A minimum of 6 months administration experience
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with Practice Management Software e.g. MYOB AE (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work to priorities and deadlines.
