Proven experience in residential real estate sales (minimum 2 years preferred)Current QLD Real Estate Sales Certificate or LicenceStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, goal-driven, and well-organisedTech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and online listing platformsLocal area knowledge of Townsville and surrounding suburbs is an advantageA reliable vehicle and current driver's licenceWhat we offer
