Full Time Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

• Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
• Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standards
• Comply with required Food Standards practices
• Ensure that the restaurant team are adhering to Subway operational procedures
• Stock ordering and monitoring stock levels
• Till Operator
• Restaurant daily open or close procedures
• Checking in deliveries
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Follow security & safety procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment for team members and guests
• Maintain high personal presentation in the provided uniform to meet the Subway® brand and guest expectations
• Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales and catering for guest needs.
