Quayclean is currently recruiting a Site Cleaning and Presentation Team Leader / Supervisor in

• Milson Island

We are looking for a site cleaning team Leader with experience in cleaning a range of building types, strong communication skills and the ability to manage a significant team of cleaning staff. An eye for detail and genuine commitment to exceeding our client's expectations will be critical. This role will be full time and require flexibility.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Hands on role leading the team of cleaners

Liaise with the client staff and be the 'face of Quayclean'

Managing the daily roster in a flexible manor to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard with nil impact on the venue users.

Quality Control, including regular electronic auditing and reporting.

Monitoring and managing consumables, equipment, and supplies.

Must have good English and excellent communication skills.

Commitment to the highest standards of WHS and compliance.

Skills and experience

Ability to work both independently and as part of the Quayclean team

Min 2-4 years' experience in a similar role in the cleaning services industry

Open to learning new ways of doing things and working to Company standards

Computer literacy and ability to use MS Office and mobile Apps.

Must have the right to work in Australia.

Police check & Covid 19 Vaccinations are mandatory.

50,000.00 per year
