Customer Service Representative

Bidfood Lismore is looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to join our team as a fulltime Customer Service Representative at our South Lismore branch.This is an inbound, phone-based role – no cold calling, no outbound sales.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll be the friendly voice that helps them place orders, find what they need and feel supported.Our customer service team is much loved by our customers – not just for getting things right but for building genuine relationships.

You'll take calls from chefs, kitchen teams and hospitality businesses placing orders or seeking advice.

Your support will help keep their operations running smoothly.You'll work closely with our sales reps and sales manager to ensure customers are well looked after and systems stay up-to-date.

The role will also require you to : Answer inbound phone calls and take ordersBuild trusted relationships with regular customersRespond to emails and product enquiriesProcess orders accurately using internal softwareOnboard new customers and assign to sales repsLiaise with sales reps and managers to resolve service issuesMaintain accurate customer and product recordsAbout youYou're someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, communicates clearly and stays composed under pressure.
