This is not just another admin role – it's the engine room of our business . You'll coordinate inspector bookings, confirm property access, and update systems to make sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Allocate inspection jobs based on inspector availability, location, and deadlines
• Confirm property access with agents, sellers, and tenants
• Manage scheduling changes and reschedules with calm, solution-focused energy
• Maintain job details in Zuper , and client records in Hubspot
• Keep the team updated with clear, timely communication
• Collaborate with Client Liaison Officers to ensure a smooth client experience
• Support invoicing, reporting, and job closeout processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and workflow efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or admin support
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Tech-confident (MS Office, CRM, scheduling platforms)
• Calm under pressure, proactive in problem-solving
• Confident communicator with a service mindset

Bonus Points For

Experience in real estate, construction, or property inspections

Familiarity with Zuper , Hubspot , or similar platforms

An eye for process improvement and system optimisation
