ABOUT THE ROLE :

• Location : Katherine, NT
• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the team of site Security Officers
• Ensure efficient staffing, rostering, and workforce planning to maintain operational continuity
• Monitor and report on contractual service hours and operational performance metrics
• Full Time Role
• Potential earnings up to $90000 (
• Potential earnings up to $90000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)
• Level 5

Wilson Security is expanding in the Northern Territory, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.

This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

This position is crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Managers.
