- Proven success as a BDM or Sales Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Drive new SMB business leads through solution-based selling, focusing on face-to-face meetings throughout the business week.
- Face-to-face sales with clients (End to end Sales cycle)
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, working with a diverse client base (retail, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, etc.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying up-selling opportunities.
- Deliver powerful, tailored presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of our merchant services.
- Be extremely organised and set your week up from a Monday morning to ensure to meet yourmonthly KPIs – This will provide successRequirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation.
- Must have 3-5+ years of B2B direct sales experience, with a focus on closing SMB deals.
- Strong objection-handling skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with business owners.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
