Known for their precision engineering, customer-led solutions, and long-standing industry partnerships, they play a critical role in keeping infrastructure, manufacturing, and heavy industry moving. As part of their growth plans, they have created a new role of Supply Chain Manager to join the team in Western Sydney.
Reporting to the CEO, this newly created role will take full accountability for the end-to-end Supply Chain – from customer order through to delivery – leading a team of 7 across procurement, logistics, production planning, inventory, and customer service. We’re looking for a Planning Manager, Supply Chain Lead, or Supply Chain Manager with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering manufacturing. You’ll bring proven experience in managing technical escalations, resolving service delivery challenges, and aligning operational support with commercial and sales functions in a B2B environment. You’ll have deep capability across demand planning, production forecasting, and inventory management, with strong attention to detail and technical proficiency in industry-specific products.
We’re looking for an empathetic yet hands-on leader—someone who combines operational know-how with commercial acumen and brings a continuous improvement mindset. You think outside the square, stay focused on outcomes, and are resilient, self-motivated, and collaborative. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills will round out your ability to influence across all levels of the business.
