What You'll Be Doing : Consult with clients over the phone, offering tailored solutions on everything H&S. Create key WHS documentation like SWMS and SOPs—keeping your clients compliant and confident. Stay on top of the latest industry regulations and trends to give top-notch advice. Maintain clear, accurate records of every interaction, ensuring our clients always get the best service. Who We're Looking For : 1-2 years+ of WHS experience Strong knowledge of WHS regulations – You'll have a minimum Cert 4 formal WHS qualification to back up your expertise. Exceptional communication skills to be able to break down complex regulations into simple, actionable advice for clients. Great time management skills.
