Shared Services and Customer Experience

Salary : $106,025 to $117,363 plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
Shared Services and Customer Experience is focused on enhancing our customer experience by partnering in the delivery of value-added shared services and performance solutions.
As an Advisor within the Organisation Management (OM) unit of the Shared Services and Customer Experience branch, you will provide advice to Senior Managers and Strategic HR Business Partners, to ensure compliance with processes, opportunities for continuous improvement and the integrity, administration, and dissemination of data as it pertains to organisational management.
What you’ll do
Your day to day will include working as part of a team of dedicated professionals providing services within a large enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment, working flexibly from home and our state-of-the-art agile workspace at Parramatta Square.
This is not a client advisor role; you’ll be focused on transactional processing and support.
You will work in a team and support colleagues with work allocation and to identify and resolve issues and implement new ways of working. You will provide support and guidance to team members including on the job training, quality control and feedback when appropriate.
You’ll perform analysis and provide high-level support and advice on a range of OM transactional matters, monitoring and verifying position and structure administration services within an ERP environment.
You will manage the more complex OM matters and monitor and verify position and structure administration services within an ERP environment ensuring data accuracy, compliance and availability for management, audit and reporting purposes.
