We are seeking a

  • Casual Medical Receptionist
  • who aligns with our values, that is focused on providing a high-quality experience for our patients, from the time of arrival until the time of departure, creating a lasting positive and professional impression.
  • About The Role
  • You will be responsible for greeting our patients, supporting our doctors and nurses, answering calls, triage and booking appointments, billing, and administrative tasks.
  • About You
  • Previous medical administration or reception experience (well regarded)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Current vaccination and immunisation status
  • Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
