We set high ambitions and "Reach" for them.ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of projects, coordinating with key departments (Engineering, Finance, HSEQ, Commercial, Operations) and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient execution.Define and monitor project controls, budgets, and costs in collaboration with the Finance team.Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Optimize resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing issues as needed.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.Contribute to commercial growth by identifying new opportunities and anticipating clients' needs.Foster a collaborative environment, guiding the development of project teams and mentoring direct reports.Oversee contracts and claims, ensuring robust commercial practices and effective negotiation.Support tendering activities by providing technical input and assistance.Maintain thorough project documentation, produce reports, and ensure efficient project meetings.Requirements : Proven experience delivering vessel-based subsea construction projects (e.g., inspection, repair, maintenance, pipelay).Experience with tendering, including day-rate and lump-sum pricing models.Familiarity with T&I contracts; EPCI contract experience is a plus.Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and contract management experience.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.Ability to implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Adaptable and resilient, capable of responding quickly to market dynamics and internal developments.Ready to join us?If you're excited about joining a visionary company shaping the future of sustainable ocean access, we want to hear from you.
