About the role
The primary responsibilities of a Trainer and Assessor is to plan, develop and deliver quality and effective vocational educations training and assessment in accordance with the relevant training packages, Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 and the Australian Qualifications Framework.
This role involves designing and delivering training sessions for a variety of environments including classrooms; remote communities, simulated settings and industry and workplaces, developing and updating training materials, and assessing learners’ performance against established industry standards. The VET Trainer and Assessor plays a crucial role in equipping our students with practical skills and knowledge that align with current industry requirements, thereby enhancing their employability and career progression.
