Requirements Cloud Security Engineers will be required to : Support security operations engineering projects within the Azure environment.Deploy cloud-based security services, process automations, reviews and general feature updates.Develop enterprise level detailed architecture documentation for Cloud based services.Develop high level solution architectures for cloud-based systems.Develop detailed architecture guidance for cloud engineers.Provide impact analysis of user / stakeholder requirements.Ensure that the enterprise and system solutions maintain adherence to whole-of-government standards.Provide technical guidance and input into the design and build of cloud-based systems.Liaise with cross-functional teams including business owners, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, enterprise architects & testers to produce solutions in accordance with stakeholder requirements and project objectives.Provide expertise and assistance in platform automation - testing, continuous integration and deployment.Promote key enterprise architecture principles as applicable to cloud platforms - re-use before buy / build, configure over customise, open data / access over siloed functionality.Promote and help ensure solutions align with the DTA's Digital Service Standard.Be strategic, a leader and influencer.Undertake additional duties as required.Cloud Security experience : Demonstrated experience 5yrs+ supporting security operations engineering projects within the Azure environment, including architecture documentation, deployment of services, process automation and reviews and general feature updates.Cloud experience : Demonstrated experience in cloud-based solution implementation with technologies including : Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Manager.Cultural fit : Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams, including ability to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.Agile : Experience working with Agile Multi-disciplinary teams to deliver secure, user friendly and reliable solutions that meet stakeholder, citizen, and business expectations.Demonstrated track record of technical leadership across project and operational tasks.Demonstrated experience and understanding of cloud based technologies and architectures.Demonstrated experience in application and integration, or infrastructure platform architecture.Minimum 3 years' experience designing and documenting architectures for large, complex enterprise systems.
