We're looking for a strategic yet hands on people leader to join Carma to shape and manage the Customer Delivery side of the business! You'll work with many internal departments (including production, technology and sales) to coordinate and ensure that we have processes in place to get deliveries optimised, whilst keeping the customer in the heart of everything you do!
Responsibilities;Own the Customer Delivery function of the business, making sure that cars are delivered to customers on time and exceed expectationsWork with internal stakeholders, and in particular the product and tech team to improve our processes and make the delivery function scalable without compromising on the customer and employee experienceManage and build a team of Delivery Specialists across multiple sites nationally, including hiring, onboarding, training, upskilling, rostering and complianceBe accountable for the Carma brand and deliver the best and most seamless delivery, trade-in and return experience for customers, resulting in a high NPS scoreAs the face of Carma, the success of you and your team will be dependent on an amazing work environment and culture that you help to shape from the very beginning.About You;Experience managing a delivery and logistics team in a fast-paced environment, ideally across multiple locationsExperience creating processes and workflows when it comes to transport logisticsA passion for customer service and continuous improvementAbility to multitask and change priorities as neededmaking sure things get done!Strong business acumen, able to review data and reports and provide insights and actionsA love of cars and all things automotive would be beneficial, as we are all about cars here at Carma!Flexible available across weekends as requiredAt Carma we embrace diversity as an equal opportunities employer, and are committed to safe work practices.
