Euro Tooltechnic Pty Ltd is an Australian importer and wholesaler specialising in premium power tools and related products, primarily sourced from Germany.

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dandenong South, Victoria. This pivotal role drives customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion through strategic digital initiatives. We highly value the smart use of AI tools to boost effectiveness and efficiency.

You'll thrive in our dynamic environment, being the voice of our brands across digital touchpoints and directly contributing to sales and marketing goals. This role demands a blend of creative content generation, expert video editing, insightful data interpretation, and hands-on execution across diverse digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for :

  • Organic Social Media, Content Creation & Video Editing : Developing and executing strategies across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive website traffic; creating compelling content (visuals, copy, video); producing and editing engaging video content; managing content calendars; and exploring AI-powered solutions to streamline content ideation, creation, and optimisation.
  • Paid Advertising & Lead Generation : Planning, implementing, and optimising paid social media and display campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to achieve specific marketing objectives (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness, conversions); implementing advanced lead generation strategies; monitoring performance; and leveraging AI-driven insights to refine targeting, personalise ad creatives, and predict campaign performance. You'll also be responsible for rigorous A / B testing and iteration of ad creatives to continually improve campaign performance.
  • End-User Communication, Influencer Programs & Analytics : Crafting personalised brand messages; identifying, vetting, and managing influencer relationships; developing and executing influencer campaigns; leveraging Google Analytics for insights; and actively using analytics and reporting features to uncover deeper insights and automate routine data analysis tasks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Program Support : Collaborating with internal teams for cohesive messaging and supporting ongoing marketing programs; and managing marketing-related invoices.

Requirements (Selection Criteria)

Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong understanding of organic and paid social media marketing channels and strategies, with a strong focus on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital advertising campaigns, including paid social and display ads, with a clear understanding of creative testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Looker Studio for data analysis and reporting, with an eagerness to explore AI-powered analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in video editing and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your skills across various formats.
  • Proven experience in identifying, engaging, and managing influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • Data-driven approach to planning and measuring strategies, with an ability to identify and quickly learn new efficiency-driving tools and technologies, including generative AI and automation platforms.
  • Advanced user of MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with a range of content creation and editing tools, including professional software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite like Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign) and modern, agile platforms (e.g., Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Familiarity with current AI tools and platforms relevant to digital marketing (e.g., generative AI for copy, AI for ad creative, predictive analytics, AI-powered social listening).
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years in a strategic Digital Marketing role, managing a brand's comprehensive digital communication strategy.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel content creation and curation, with a strong portfolio of compelling visuals, copy, and high-quality video content.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, manage multiple projects, and work to tight deadlines with a resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Understanding of the specialist power tool market in Australia (end-users, distribution systems) is highly regarded.

  • Months 0-3 (Foundations & Activation) : Focus on establishing core digital channel presence, launching initial content and paid social campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and setting up foundational analytics tracking.
  • Months 4-6 (Optimisation & Early Growth) : Shift to optimising existing campaigns, expanding content formats (especially video), initiating influencer outreach, and analysing initial performance data.
  • Months 6-12 (Strategic Growth & Efficiency) : Drive sustained digital growth across all channels, scale successful strategies, and actively integrate and refine AI and other tools to maximise efficiency and ROI.
