Trade Waiter

Matteo Double Bay embodies the Italian lifestyle as it captures the flavour, energy and relaxed vibe inspired by the Amalfi Coast. Their food concept takes inspiration from Campania, a region in Southern Italy where staples are handmade pasta, fresh mozzarella, locally-grown tomatoes and local seafood.

Matteo Double Bay is now looking for an experienced Trade Waiter to join their team.

• Supervision, training and coordination of FOH employees;
• Taking orders and reservations from clients;
• Cleaning tables after services and setting tables for new customers;
• Arranging tables on the restaurant;
• Welcoming clients and taking them to their table;
• Serving dishes and drinks;
• Recommending special dishes and wines according to menu availability and selection;
• Serving water and drinks;
• Collecting payments after service;
• Ensuring customers enjoy their dining experience;
• About you
• At least 2 years of experience as a Trade Waiter;
• Ability to work well under pressure;
• Ability to serve clients effectively and efficiently;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent customer service;
