About the role :

We have an opportunity for an  experienced Sales Consultant to  join our Perth team, managing our  Service sales portfolio . You will be working in collaboration with the Operations teams to  deliver and ensure the highest level of customer service  is delivered to our clients across the business. A key focus is building a pipeline of Service sales to meet business development and portfolio development targets.

The Package : OTE $170k upwards

Up to $90k base + 12% Super + Comms

Vehicle allowance $17,000

Key Accountabilities :

Relationships  negotiating with existing contracted  customers

Preparation and submission of tenders

Contract negotiations

Understanding market conditions to identify opportunities to promote Schindler services

Requirements for the role :

Previous experience in a  sales or account management  role

A track record in delivering consistent outstanding performance with a strong sales pipeline

Exposure to  selling services to property management companies, strata corporations and building owners

Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, key influencers and industry experts

Strong time management and planning skills
