To be successful in joining our team, you'll need the following qualifications :

• Passion for caring for older Australians
• Minimum 12 months of experience in caring for older Australians
• Current Federal Police check
• Current First Aid certificate
• Certificate III in a community service environment, aged care, or disability
• Comprehensive car insurance
• Driver's license
• Valid work visa (if applicable)
