An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced customer service staff member to join our remote working online team servicing our Kip McGrath clients. The role is 12 hours per week : Tue 1pm - 5pm, Wed 1pm -5pm and Thu 2pm - 6pm
We are currently looking for a self-motivated team player, who wants to make difference in the lives of children, to join us at our wonderful team at Kip McGrath. This a remote work from home position.

You will be part of the team supporting our Customer Engagement Manager in providing exemplary customer service to all clients, handling enquiries for existing customers across Australia and New Zealand, providing basic technical support for students in online lessons and providing administrative support to maintain and manage student records and financial accounts.
