Skylight is keen to recruit a Customer Relations Officer as part of the Skylight Customer Relations Team (CRT) to support Skylight service delivery. This role is classified as SACS Level 2.4 on a Maximum Term Contract, 0.6FTE, based at Skylight Metropolitan sites.

- Contact centre experience, handling high volumes of phone calls.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a proven customer centric attitude

- Demonstrated ability to embrace change and strive for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management databases would be advantageous
- Experience working with or in Mental Health environment or community services will be highly regarded.
- DHS Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
- Must have full schedule of COVID vaccinations, as mandated by the South Australian Government.
