In this role, you will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio with long-term clients. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of mixed schemes, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on strata-related matters.
• Stay up-to-date with strata legislation and industry best practices.

About You :

• Proven experience as a Strata Manager, preferably managing a mixed portfolio
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation and by-laws
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• experienced Assistants ready to step up will also be considered
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in strata management software
