Plant Operators Labourers

We are looking for multiple experienced Plant Operators such as : GPS operators (Excavator, Dozer, Grader), Moxy, Roller, Loader, Skid + Skilled Labourers required for one of my clients who specialises in Subdivisions, Bulk Earthworks & Road Works.

WHAT WE OFFER : Opportunity to work with leading earthworks contractor Upskill with onsite training, working with industry leaders Work with SOURCR's best construction recruitment company 2 years running Opportunity to gain more machine tickets + VOC - Roller, Loader, Skid, Moxy, Excavator Consistent 50+hour work weeks Market Leading pay rates Genuine Growth Opportunities = PROMOTIONS TO MACHINES & LEADING HANDS YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES : Duties include : Bulk earthworks, final trim, trenching, batter, boxing roads OR Civil labouring duties, pit & pipe, conduits, site prep / clean, assisting trades GPS experience is preferred but not essential Machines vary, 15t-50t Hours vary from 6am - 5pm 5 / 6 days per week EXPERIENCE REQURED : Any Civil / Construction experience Prefered experience operating machines with GPS Topcon, Trimble or UTS system License + Own Transport - Some of our projects are hard to reach so we require you to have reliable transport to get to site White card This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity (reviewed at 3 and 6 months), increasing pay rates once set milestones are achieved.
