The Student Experience Admissions team is responsible for supporting the admissions process for SATAC and Direct cohorts. The support officer is responsible for taking inbound and outbound phone calls as well as responding to customer enquiries. The role would suit someone with previous call centre experience or someone keen to succeed in a front line customer service environment.
