Your role Responsibilities Assisting in performing detailed valuations on various asset classes. Collecting and analyzing sales and leasing evidence. Completing cash flow models and compiling reports. Collaborating with the Valuation and Advisory team in Perth CBD. About you Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Proficient writing skills. Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business. Ability to network and build relationships with clients. Intermediate to advanced level MS Excel and Word skills. Proactive and self-motivated attitude. Strong numerical analysis and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
