Medical Receptionist

We successfully run Medical & Dental clinics across multiple locations in the Mornington Peninsula & Western Port region. We are currently recruiting a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team.

Key Selection criteria include :

• STRONG experience in medical practice reception / administration
• Best Practice Software experience ideal but is not a requirement
• Excellent people skills and ability to work in a team or alone;
• General desire to assist our patients, co-workers and Medical Professionals;
• Possess firm work ethic and reliability;
• Availability to work across all Advantage sites - Hastings, Tooradin, Rosebud, Mt Eliza and
• Flexibility to cover leave at various sites
• Reception shifts weekdays and weekends include open and / or close of Practice
