Good Shepherd Lodge Ltd, located in Mackay, Queensland, have two facilities, Kerrisdale Gardens and Good Shepherd Lodge and we are seeking Assistants in Nursing to join our clinical team on a part-time or casual basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing accurate documentation, and maintaining a caring and empathetic attitude towards residents.

About the Role : We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Assistants in Nursing (AIN's) to join our team. As an AIN, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and contributing to the overall comfort and well-being of patients under the guidance of our registered nurses. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities : Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feedingMonitor and report on resident health status, including vital signs and general well-beingSupport registered nurses in providing high-quality careMaintain resident records and documentation in accordance with healthcare standardsAssist in resident mobility and positioningProvide emotional support and comfort to residents and their familiesFollow infection control and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for residents and staffAbout You : We are looking for a reliable and compassionate individual who is committed to providing the highest standard of care to our residents.
