Site Manager - Northern Queensland

Based in FNQ, they have an excellent reputation for delivering great projects up to $50M.180k to $200k + Super + Vehicle and other benefitsAbout the roleThe ideal person for this role will be a Site Manager with at least 8 Plus years experience delivering new build projects up to $30M.

Experience working on projects involving trades associated with Medical Centres and related work is highly desirable.

You will have likely come up through a trade - and have the ability to lead the subcontracting teams on site successfully.

Well supported by a Senior PM and a CA your communication skills will be strong.Skills and experience requiredReside in FNQ or willing to relocate for at least two years.Deliver projects on site from "breaking ground" to hand overExperience on Projects up to $30M.WHS experience.Experience on Medical Centre Projects or similar.
