• Completed Year 12 (or equivalent).
• Have a mechanical aptitude and take pride in completing jobs to a high standard.
• Have the capability and willingness to undertake a further trade.
• A passion for vehicles, engines or the automotive industry demonstrated through work experience and / or hobbies and interests.
• A strong desire to learn and develop a range of new skills associated with your chosen trade.
• Motivation to achieve individual and team goals and objectives by actively contributing to attain results.
• A commitment to Health and Safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
