Essential Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent recognized by ACECQA).- Current, valid working with children check.- First Aid certification, including asthma and anaphylaxis training.

Key Skills and Attributes :

  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).- Ability to mentor and guide fellow educators.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Experience in creating, implementing, and assessing tailored educational programs.- Passion for building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
