They have offices across Australia and due to ongoing growth are looking for a Events Coordinator to join their team in a part time position (2-3 days / week) in their Brisbane CBD office.
You will be working in a fun, but fast paced environment where no two days are the same and will get to work on large and varied projects. This is the perfect opportunity for someone that has a passion for property to build their career in the commercial space.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate internal and external events - from planning to execution
- Manage event logistics, bookings, suppliers, RSVPs, and post-event follow-ups
- Provide administrative support - email management, scheduling, document control
- Assist with diary and calendar management for leadership team
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Support creation of event materials and light marketing tasks
- Manage team systems, subscriptions, and platforms
- Assist with reporting, invoice follow-up, and proofreading
- Jump into team meetings and projects where needed
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have :
- Previous experience in the Property Sector or fast paced Administration.
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Resilient and have the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Events Coordination experience.
