We’re a passionate, well-established veterinary group of four clinics, where high-quality care for animals and top-tier service for their families go paw-in-paw. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Manager to take the lead in shaping efficient, people-focused operations—so our clinical teams can keep doing what they do best : caring for pets.
Your Role : Business Manager
You’ll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the day-to-day running of two of our clinics and leading all non-clinical functions. This is a hands-on leadership role with variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real difference in a purpose-driven environment. You’ll manage people, processes, and performance, all while helping us grow sustainably and thoughtfully.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and streamline daily operations across both clinics
Lead and support the teams by nurturing a positive, inclusive culture
Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and assist with budgets and forecasting
Partner with clinical leaders to ensure smooth, collaborative workflows
Recruit, onboard, and support ongoing training for non-clinical staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
Drive operational improvements and implement best practices
Deliver exceptional client service and experience
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare / Veterinary Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years’ leadership experience, ideally in multi-site veterinary, healthcare, or service environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and operational know-how
Tech-savvy; experience with veterinary practice management software is a bonus
A genuine passion for animal care and supporting the people who make it happen
