- The Opportunity
As the Category Coordinator support the administration of the Category team. Reporting to the Assistant Category Manager this role will take ownership of activities such as for brand onboarding, report generation, planogram and data management. This role's success is in the person's exceptional attention to detail, superior organizational skills and reporting ability.

- Providing administration support to ensure the success of all new launches and promotion activities through internal processes such as Brand Portals and Digital NIFs
- Product database and price change management (Omnichannel)
- Preparing weekly & monthly database and sales figures for brand distribution
- Maintenance of Ecommerce channel through updating of banners, images, copy and discontinuations
- Managing and review all planograms including accuracy of assortment to ensure success of in store execution
- Communicating upcoming launches, price changes and promotional activities to cross functional departments
- Collating required information across different categories to ensure department success for animations, campaigns and promotions
- We would love to hear from you if you have
- Minimum 2 years business / Brand Support experience in a similar role - ideally within the beauty industry or retail management
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of exchange rates fluctuations, pricing rationale, budgeting and profitability
- Advanced Excel skills with proven use of vlookup, pivot tables, formulas, price calculations, link files, creation of templates, etc
- Ability to build relationships with brand partners, stakeholders and peers
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Organised and extremely high level of attention to detail
- A sense of urgency with strong time management skills
- Independent and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Team player and driven to add value to the organisation
