Tidal Solutions is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team in Canning Vale. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounts payable and payroll, solid admin skills, and a proactive, client-focused attitude.
Part-Time Finance Administrator
Location : Canning Vale, Perth | 22–25 hours / week | Flexible Schedule
Key Responsibilities
Daily bank reconciliations and AP remittancesEnd-to-end accounts payable, including credit applicationsSupport payroll processing and ATO / STP complianceMaintain employee files and admin tasks for HR and senior managementRespond to emails and calls promptly and professionally
What We're Looking For
3+ years in Accounts payable and PayrollStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsHigh attention to detail and communication skillsExperience with Greentree (advantageous)Previous exposure to mining or project-based environments (preferred)
