Our client is a leading iconic global furniture company that specialises in luxury home decor. They are well regarded due to their quality products and aspirational designs and are on a growth journey expanding into new markets.
This role will suit an experienced People Business Partner who can partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance across both their local and international markets.
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, this role will work alongside another People Operations Business Partner and will cover day to day people and wellbeing issues including the full employment lifecycle and projects. You will be involved within the business covering the retail, global supply chain, design and manufacturing, IT, digital and customer service.
Their Head Office is based in South Sydney, with on-site parking and close to public transport. As you will be supporting an international business, you will need to be available for some evening or early morning calls.
