Senior Contract Administrator

Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a leading Tier 2 commercial and industrial builder with a reputation for delivering high-profile industrial building projects across Western Australia.

Due to a high profile newly awarded project, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their high-performing team and take commercial lead on a landmark $70 million industrial facility based near Jandakot.

The Role - Senior Contract Administrator

This is a permanent role offering the chance to take ownership of a flagship project from start to finish. You'll be working in a hybrid role, approx 60% head office and 40% on-site, ensuring a strong connection to both commercial strategy and delivery execution.

As the Senior CA, you’ll directly report into an experienced Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager, and be responsible for :

• Full contract administration across the lifecycle of the project
• Procurement, subcontractor negotiation, scope and package letting
• Managing progress claims, variations, RFI registers and reporting
• Supporting cost forecasting, budgeting, and risk control
• Ensuring compliance with contract and legislative requirements
• Leading a junior CA or CA team if required
