Review and assess each case currently with the Government Solicitors Office (GSO) and provide a case summary, identifying background, current status, liability, risk and Housing ACT Position.As required coordinate and prepare Housing ACT instructions to the GSODevelop and implement SOPs in relation to such mattersReview workload and required capacity and capability to ensure the Positions within the team are correctly recruited to.Work collaboratively and create partnerships to achieve the goals of Housing ACT in the provision of social housing and community services in the ACT.Understand and work within the ACTPS Code of Conduct and ACTPS values of respect, integrity, collaboration and innovation, and model behaviour consistent with the ACTPS Respect Equity and Diversity framework;POSITION REQUIREMENTS (Selection Criteria)Your suitability for this position will be assessed in three key areas :
