We have an opportunity for a Asset Manager Property Asset Management Team to be part of our Police Property Group, Corporate Services team. The asset manager is responsible for supporting the director, Property Asset Management in the fu=financial investment and management, maintenance and strategic investment in line with the NSWPF property portfolio strategy, and undertakes compliance monitoring with policies, practices and relevant regulatory requirements, as well as asset management for leasing, maintenance upgrades and disposal of property assets.

Demonstrated experience or an understanding of the end to end process to purchase a commercial property, create an easement and negotiate a lease.
