The Customer Service Representative / Console Operator role plays a significant part within the store's team. The role is responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service, in a complex and fast paced retail environment, ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. As a CSR / CO one of your key focuses is understanding our customer's needs and ensuring they are met to the best of your abilities.
