    • The Role
    • Our Customer Support Officer is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to our national sales team with a specific focus on ensuring new broker members are onboarded efficiently and professionally. Working in a small, collaborative team you will be responsible for :

    • Providing exceptional customer service to brokers as the first point of contact in their customer journey with Connective
    • Ensuring compliance is in line with regulatory and business requirements
    • Ensuring the CRM database is accurately maintained
    • The Person
    • Your exceptional customer service skills, as well as your dynamic and enthusiastic approach will see you excel in this role. You are inquisitive, results focused with meticulous attention to detail and can manage a variety of competing tasks and your time accordingly.

      You will also have :

    • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a customer support / processing role
    • Experience within the mortgage broking, third party banking or finance industry is advantageous but not essential
    • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / CRM and database systems
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
