About us

Rodeb Co. Pty Ltd trades as Panther Protective Coatings. We are an expert floor coatings company specialising in polyurethane and epoxy flooring with over 20 years of experience in the commercial, industrial and mining industries.

Our business in based in the northern suburbs of Perth, WA, servicing clients from Esperance to the Pilbara.

We are looking for somebody who has at least a Certificate IV in Floor Finishing, or other relevant qualifications. At least 3 years of relevant working experience may substitute formal qualifications.

Work experience with epoxy for at least 3 years is a must.

The successful applicant will be energetic, self-driven and hard-working, and willing to work with a team of like-minded people. Experience in team leading is valuable.

Main responsibilities and duties

Concrete preparation, including grinding, sanding, scarification

Concrete patching and repairs

Resin coating of concrete

Decorative finishes - preferred but not essential

Screeding

Demarcation

Surface preparation - Concrete floor grinding, pressure cleaning, floor levelling, remedial floor repairs.

Floor Coatings

Concrete floor sealing, epoxy flooring, concrete floor resurfacing, commercial kitchen flooring, concrete floor coating (Commercial only).

Floor Safety

Non-slip floor coatings, Safety flooring.

Waterproofing - Sheet and Roll-on Membrane

Must be available for varying hours including nights and weekends and stints at the mines.

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the applicants that have what we need as listed above..

Pay : $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
