About you :

Good communication, interpersonal skills and time management

Skilled in adminstration and knowledge of financial reporting and accrual accounting

Have a can-do attitude, problem solving and able to work independently

Strong communication skills

Be able to work Monday to Friday up to 38 hours per week

Can work in Leopold, Victoria

Be proficient in MS Office Suite with high level of computer literacy

Willing to obtain satisfactory outcome on police check, references

About the role :

Responsible for key office administration functions

Distribution of communications, collection and reporting of information

Management of the front reception area

Assisting with bookings, collection and dissemination of information as required

Administrative support of the team
