Reporting to the Head of Quality & Regulatory Affairs ANZ, we have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Quality & Compliance Manager to be responsible for our Tip Top Chilled & Frozen (C&F) sites based in Ermington, NSW and Capalaba, QLD. Based at Ermington, as a key member of the region leadership team, the role is responsible for providing leadership to the Quality team and the C&F sites driving Food Safety & Quality cultural change and ensuring food safety and quality standards are maintained.

Purpose of the Role

  • Provide strategic guidance to drive Food Safety & Quality culture initiatives
  • Managing customers' food safety & quality expectation through face-to-face meetings or regular updates to maintain and / or improve engagement
  • Effective management and continuous improvement of the business through the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, systems and procedures in the areas of food safety and quality management program, product quality and New Product Development.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and customer requirements
  • About You

  • Ideally 10+ years in a FMCG food manufacturing environment with multiple site exposure
  • Track record of successful implementation of Quality Management Systems and equivalent
  • Discipline in Food Safety, Quality Management (BRC / SQF, Coles, WQA, YUM, HACCP, Hungry Jack's Standards and equivalents)
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
