What will your typical day look like?

As a Director within our Human Capital practice, you will be managing all aspects of projects delivery and people management with focus on exceptional client service.

In this role, you will be a pivotal part of our growing team. Your people management skills, identifying new opportunities of growth for the business, and client centricity will ensure your success in this position.

We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked across multiple business domains and have proven consulting experience in preferably consumer industry such as Product / Retail / Agriculture / Food & Beverages and Automotive.

If you work in a Professional Services environment (Big 4 / Boutique) or an internal Workforce Transformation team and have a track record of leading and managing teams and transformation initiatives in one or more of the below areas, this role is for you.
