Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.  As Service Solutions & Application Specialist you’ll enhance business growth by executing impactful product marketing strategies aligned with global objectives. In this role, you'll energize the market with targeted campaigns, support the Sales team to elevate product visibility, and help boost sales and service performance across your portfolio.

• Work model :   Hybrid #LI-Hybrid.  This role can be done from any ABB Office in Australia. We welcome candidates from Moorebank, NSW; Fortitude Valley, QLD; Notting Hill, VIC; or Osborne Park; WA

Supports the local Sales organization / customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.

Prepares / supports in the preparation of technical / commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business / feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.

Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization

Performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales team / local business to obtain better future results.

Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization.
