is a leading national supplier of storage and office equipment. We are looking to employ a Customer Service and Admin Assistant to join our Carole Park - QLD team. This would be a great career progression opportunity for those recently graduated.
THE ROLE
Answering all incoming phone lines in a professional and friendly manner;
Assist the internal sales team with the preparation of quotations and tenders;
Arranging courier and transport services if and when required;
Assist warehouse with administering pick slips, delivery dockets and invoicing;
Data entry, as well as processing of quotes and orders;
Assist warehouse with stock returns and inventory control processes;
Assist team with the administrating of delivery and manufacturing schedules;
Following-up with the warehouse on goods required for dispatch.
THE REQUIRMENTS
Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong administrative abilities;
Able to efficiently manage a multi-phone line switchboard;
Previous experience in similar role (preferred);
Certificate IV in Customer Engagement, bachelor's degree in Business, or relevant qualification (advantageous).
Salary
49,545.60 - $53,000.00 per year
