Job descriptionRecruitment Officer to commence within our Human Resources Department on a permanent full-time basis. Based at our corporate head office located in Bayswater, the Recruitment Officer is a valued member of a cohesive broader team, being integral to supporting our portfolio of mining and civil projects across the business. Key Duties & Responsibilities Undertake onboarding activities and completion of relevant employee documentation. Ensure selection recommendations are compliant to policies, Award and Enterprise Agreement conditions, and that correct remuneration is applied based on the selection requirements. Essential to the role Industry experience in recruitment practices Demonstrated understanding of human resource practices and legislation Proven professionalism and integrity in dealing with sensitive information Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records / registers, and Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems This is the time to take the leap for a rewarding career within an organisation entering an exciting period of growth!
