Bakers Delight Brighton are currently seeking enthusiastic Bakers and Bakers Assistants (either with qualifications or with previous experience working in a bakery).

  • At Bakers Delight Brighton our Bakers are responsible for
  • Assisting in product preparation and baking
  • Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
  • Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistant's
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
  • Assisting the Bakery Manager with stock control and production expenses
  • Providing delightful customer service when required
  • Dough making
  • Oven work
  • Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards
  • Customer service
  • Ordering stock and stocktake
  • Passion for baking
  • Proven baking experience
  • Ability to work a rotating roster
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced / flexible environment
  • Benefits
